Let AI take the night shift
Kenyan customers already write on WhatsApp. If nobody answers until morning, the enquiry often moves to the next name on the list. An AI first reply does not replace your team. It holds the conversation: hours, location, a price range, and a promise that a person will follow up.
The useful setups are narrow. A bot that knows your services, your areas, and when to hand over beats a general chatbot that improvises. We connect it to the tools you already use, then leave a clear path for a human when the question is about money, a complaint, or a custom job.
Generative tools can draft listings, mail, and captions, but the brand voice still needs a person who knows the client. Treat AI as the night shift and the first draft, not the final signature.
If the desk is drowning in the same five questions, start there. Automation that files, flags, and replies on those questions pays for itself faster than a flashy demo.
Let's put this into a project
If the note matches what you are facing, start with a 24-hour reply.
